These Files are designed for those who already own an HPTuners cable, or have access to one from a friend. Other performance shops are welcome to purchase these files for customer cars as well. We support the Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky community in various ways, and these files are our way of keeping the cost down to a minimum for those that already have the required software to flash to their ECU. These are the same great customized tune files that we offer with our VTuner service.
